About the Captain

Captain Mike grew up in Newburyport and has been fishing on the Merrimack for 30 years. He holds a 100 Ton Masters License from the USCG, which he's held for 18 years.

 

Captain Mike's passion for fishing borders on obsession (just ask his Wife). He is equally passionate about chasing stripers inshore, targeting halibut and bottom fish offshore, or catching bluefin tuna.
